Football Circuits
Well ladies and gentlemen its almost that time of year again FOOTBALL time!!!!!!!!!!!! Every year I highly anticipate this time of year more than any other because the great American football traditions brings people together like no other! When I was a kid we would all get together at my boy’s Lance’s house or my friend Chris, their moms would cook on the grill for us or order us pizza, either way the time we had was great and it brought us together. Over time in life people go their separate ways and live life, I still maintain contact with Lance but Chris disappeared from the face of the earth. But in life the only thing your promised is death, so before u reach heavens gates do something with yourself and your life before its too late. I’ve put together a nice little training circuit for all u muscle heads and grid iron fanatics, if u get a chance do this workout on Sundays with your buddies lol I’m just bs-ing. But on a more serious note Good training to all, and to all a good fight!!!!
