Well its college wrestling time again, I love grappling and the workouts that come with it.  Below I’ve added some standard lifts that most college wrestlers have in their workouts.  Make Sure u check out my boy Patty J’s Youtube page because he has lifts similar to a wrestler and he’s a BEAST!  Good training to all, and to all a good fight!!!
